OUR RETURNS POLICY
We hope you will be delighted with the products you purchase from us but if for any reason you want to return anything, you can, within 14 days of receiving the products, return the goods to us by sending them, at your cost to:

Please complete the returns form included in your package if you would like a refund. We do not accept exchanges. Should the item be returned to us we will issue a refund so that you can buy the required size/item.
If for any reason you may believe that the item was faulty or there was an error on our end, please get in touch and send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with images of the item received.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. All goods will be inspected on return.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes and please keep proof of the postage. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error and if the parcel is lost on the way to us, we cannot be held accountable.
It can take up to 7 days for us to receive your return, depending on which postal service you use. However once we receive them, we will inspect and process the goods within 24 hours to ensure you receive what you want as quickly as possible. Please note that it may take 2-3 days for the money to be debited back into your account.
CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY
We are pleased to inform, that our standard returns policy will be extended during the Christmas period. Online purchases made from 1st December to 24th December 2017 can be returned to us up to (and including) Monday 1st January 2018.
